Penerapan Oketani Breast Massage (OBM) pada ibu postpartum dengan pendekatan Evidence Based Nursing Practice (EBNP)

Background: Oketani Breast Massage (OBM) is one way to reduce lactation problems in postpartum mothers. So far, not much known about OBM overcoming problems. has no complications patients and babies who are breastfedreastfed, but the hospital yet performed this procedure. can be by nurses, patients, their family.Objectives: describe application of specifically for mothers after Sectio Caesarea (SC) with ineffective breastfeeding at Dr Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh.Methods: design used study was a case cross-sectional approach involving 3 SC same nursing problem, namely breastfeeding. The instruments were Maternity care format tool measuring breast milk volume. carried out days frequency 2 times day duration 15-30 minutes. Collection on August 29-September 17, 2022 Postpartum room Rumah Saki Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. Aceh. Methode collecting data observation, interviews, amount production, baby’s urinary frequency. Data processing done descriptively, presentation only descriptively.Results: respondent intervention each respondent's, problem resolved. results showed an increase more than 6 times/day, baby's urination 5 times/daythe. T bowel movements 1-2 baby slept quietly.Conclusion: study's align previous studies which state that implementing facilitate production.
